This is a collection of some of my best fudge recipes and also some other favourites of mine.

There are only 5 recipes in this "book", so I might have been a little disappointed if I had actually paid the $2.99 price (I got it on a "free" day). The recipes are not complicated, and don't call for lots of ingredients, which is good for beginners. One thing that might make a difference to successful use of these recipes, is that they seem to be British (2 of them call for golden syrup). British (metric) cups have 10 oz instead of 8, I think it is. Anyway, something to be aware of.Product details

Since the last review this book has been updated with more of my favourites so there are now 10 different fudge recipes in the book
